Welcome to Testimony Project (“we,” “us,” “our”). We are a nonprofit ministry dedicated to producing and sharing Christian, faith-based video content, courses, and related resources (“Services”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.testimonyproj.org (the “Site”) and any content, media, or services we provide.

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Mission & Nonprofit Status

Testimony Project is a nonprofit organization formed under the laws of the State of Tennessee, committed to sharing the message of Jesus Christ through free video content and educational media.

All content is provided solely for spiritual growth, personal enrichment, and nonprofit educational purposes.

2. Eligibility

To use our Site and Services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old.

  • If creating an account, provide accurate information.

  • Use the Site only for lawful and noncommercial purposes.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts & Registration

You may create an optional free account to access video courses and certain features. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain accurate account information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Site & Services

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and access our videos, courses, and materials for personal, noncommercial, faith-based use only.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, download, record, repost, or redistribute our videos or content without permission

  • Use the content for commercial purposes

  • Modify or make derivative works of our media

  • Use the Site in any way that harms our ministry, servers, or users

  • Attempt to bypass any security or access measures

Unauthorized use may result in termination of your access and possible legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including videos, graphics, text, music, images, logos, trademarks, and course materials—is owned by or licensed to Testimony Project and protected under copyright and other applicable laws.

Except as permitted under these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

6. User Content

If you submit comments, testimonies, messages, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with our nonprofit mission.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or inconsistent with Christian values.

We may remove User Content at our sole discretion.

7. Donations

Donations made through the Site are voluntary and nonrefundable.
Your personal and payment information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Testimony Project and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

You may also delete your account at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
